Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook Platform rules and GDPR, we provide a way for users to request the deletion of their data.

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Booka and wish to remove this connection and delete associated data:

  1. Log in to your Booka Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Marketing.
  3. Click the Disconnect button on the Facebook or Instagram card.
  4. This will immediately remove our access to your account and delete stored access tokens from our database.

To request a complete deletion of your Booka account and all associated data, please email us directly at support@booka.work with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
