Data Deletion Instructions

At Booka.work (owned by Polymorphic IT Pty Ltd, ABN 66 617 514 977), we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Meta Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

How to Delete Your Data

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Booka.work and wish to delete your data, you can do so by following these steps:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (If you have an account)

  1. Log in to your Booka.work account.
  2. Go to Settings > Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. This will permanently remove your account, including all synced Facebook/Instagram data, from our servers immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or simply prefer to contact us directly:

  • Send an email to support@booka.work with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
  • We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Option 3: Via Facebook Settings

You can also remove our access to your data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Find Apps and Websites.
  3. Locate Booka.work and click Remove.
  4. This will revoke our access to your data, but to delete data we have already collected, please use Option 1 or 2.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your data is deleted, we remove:

  • Your account profile (Name, Email, Phone).
  • All synced Facebook/Instagram Page data and tokens.
  • Any booking history or client records associated with your account.
